使用由林可霉素制备的半合成抗生素。
盐酸克林霉素是一种半合成lincosamide克林霉素的盐。盐酸盐形成于碱性n -乙基脯氨酸部分，是首选的药物配方。与lincosamide家族的其他成员一样，克林霉素是一种广谱抗生素，具有抗厌氧菌和原生动物的活性。盐酸克林霉素通过与23S核糖体亚基结合，阻断蛋白质合成。

用途
盐酸克林霉素对厌氧菌和革兰氏阳性菌均有抑制作用。林可霉素的抗菌谱与之相同，但抗菌活性较强，主要用于临床厌氧菌引起的骨髓炎感染、呼吸道感染、胆道感染、心内膜炎、中耳炎、皮肤软组织感染和脓毒症。
