酸式焦磷酸钠
简介
白色粉末或颗粒状,相对密度1.86g/cm3,易溶于水,不溶于乙醇; 其水溶液与稀释的无机酸一起加热后水解成磷酸; 具有吸湿性,吸湿后为六水合产物; 如果在220℃以上加热,就会分解成偏磷酸钠。

用途
应用于方便面上,可缩短水的复位时间,避免面条粘稠;
