维生素B1
简介
维生素B1 (VB1),又称硫胺素,是最早被人类纯化的水溶性维生素。主要来源于种子的外皮和胚芽。硫胺素通常以其盐酸盐的形式出现,也称为硫胺盐酸盐。维生素b1粉外观为白色结晶。它有微弱的特殊气味,苦味,潮解。其主要功能是维持正常的葡萄糖代谢。

用途
