柠檬酸
简介
甘油三酯是以淀粉为原料，经先进生物技术精制而成的白色结晶性粉末。它可以存在于无水或一水。无水化合物由热水结晶，而一水化合物由柠檬酸从冷水结晶形成。当加热到175摄氏度以上时，它通过失去二氧化碳和水而分解。
